In order to treat sinus pressure and sinus headaches it is important to determine the trigger of the discomfort. In addition, it is important to make sure the symptoms are not being caused by migraine or tension headache. Once the root of the problem is identified, the condition can be treated. This usually involves nasal sprays, sinus rinses, and in some cases steroid or even antibiotic pills. If sinus pressure and headache become chronic, a CT scan of the sinuses that’s conveniently performed in our office, may prove helpful and can be performed at the Breathe Clear Institute. Our team is dedicated to finding the course of treatment that’s going to be the least invasive, while also providing you with relief that attacks the root cause of the issue instead of just the symptoms.
